We've run many workshops for the lovely youth workers and community engagement staff at Trafford Housing Trust, helping them to involve their residents in trying out fun ways to re-use resources. Rubbish to Bling in Broomwood features one such event at a local school in Trafford.

A special festive concoction was crafted for Community Index out of a used issue of their own magazine. Christmas All Wrapped Up featured instructions for making a bow for gifts and other Rubbish Revamped ideas for getting those presents wrapped cheaply and ethically. See page 20 of the December 2010 issue.

Purple Ronnie the sock monkey hit the big time during the Chorlton Arts Festival when he captured the eye of the South Manchester Reporter photographer when he popped in for the Rubbish Revamped open studio event.
